Apple omelet from the plate


For 4 people

½ lemon
4 SweeTango™ apples
250 g flour
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
3 dl of milk
2 dl of water
5 eggs
2 tbsp almond sticks
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Grate the lemon peel finely, squeeze out the juice. Core the SweeTango™ apples and cut them into thin rings, mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Mix flour with lemon peel, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, milk and water until smooth. Separate eggs, stir egg yolks into the batter. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Add the egg whites to the dough.

Lay out baking tray (approx. 30x40 cm) with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the tin, distribute apple rings on it. Sprinkle almond sticks over it. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Mix remaining sugar with cinnamon. Cut the omelet into pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
